When fully installed and powered up, this little work horse is first and foremost very reliable. It will run off of household 115volt current and has a 12volt battery backup system. When the power goes out, it just keeps on working, for up to around 30 cycles. Thats about 3 full days of your average household traffic. If power is not restored after the average 30 cycles and the battery gets low on power, it simply commands the gate to open, and stay open untill enough power is once again available. If you wish to secure the property at that point, you can always use the manual disconnect and close the gate by hand. The same thing of coars can be done to open the gate as well.',"Jerith C4");

When you wish to enter just hit your garage door opener style transmitter and low and behold your gate opens. Once you drive through the gate will automatically close. No need to hit the transmitter button again. When your ready to leave, simply pull up in front of the gate and it will automatically open. No need for your guest to have a transmitter to leave the party. Then again, after they are finally gone, the gate will automatically close again securing the premises. Looking close you will see, Well maybe not, but its there. A long rubber switch on the end of the gate. This is to protect any thing or person who might come in contact with the gate while it is closeing. Once the obstical touches the end of the gate, it simply reverses direction, times out, and closes again.',"Jerith D4");
